Have your game ground into burger or fresh sausage, or processed into ready-to-eat foods such as bologna, jerky, snack sticks, chili and more. Our traditional, real hickory wood-fired smokehouse gives our smoked products a distinct flavor that we are known for.

We recently made the difficult decision to stop processing whole deer carcasses or meat with bones. However, will continue to process your clean, boneless deer meat into any of our products using the same recipes.

We offer 6 different varieties of snack sticks, ranging from sweet to spicy, with some that include cheese.
